The Procurement Specialist position at HTF Aerospace requires persistence, creativity, and accuracy with a keen awareness of the importance of every transaction. The successful candidate will be leveraging our vast industry network and broad platform experience to exceed our customers’ expectations at every opportunity. What You’ll Do:• Take ownership of the entire procurement process from order to fulfillment and delivery.• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in support of established business objectives. • Work closely with vendors and partners to monitor status and ensure timely delivery.• Evaluate, monitor, and report on vendor quality and delivery performance.• Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively seeking and communicating status.• Resolve any claim or return issues quickly and independently.• Participate in the review of products and documentation for accuracy.• Take ownership of deadlines, working independently to prioritize and deliver.• Communicate proactively, raising and escalating issues when necessary.• Use Microsoft Office Suite effectively and adapt quickly to new ERP systems.What We’re Looking For:• Exceptional problem-solving skills, creativity, persistence, and a “can-do” mindset.• Great attention to detail with the ability to think critically under pressure.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Prior procurement or supply chain experience in a highly regulated product sector preferred.• High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience will be considered).What do we offer:• Comprehensive benefits package • Pay range 65-70k• Great environment, culture, and team dynamicAbout HTF AerospaceAt HTF Aerospace, we specialize in sourcing and delivering critical, hard-to-find components for the aerospace, defense, and space industries.
