Procurement Specialist Apply
Position ChallengesAct as a strategic procurement leader within a large industrial environment, managing high-impact categories and leading complex negotiations direct procurement. This role requires a strong ability to drive end-to-end sourcing strategies, oversee the full contract lifecycle, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure competitiveness, compliance, innovation, and supply continuity. You will play a key role in optimizing costs, strengthening supplier partnerships, and aligning procurement strategies with corporate objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead strategic sourcing initiatives for high-value materials, services, and CAPEXConduct complex negotiations using TCO, cost breakdown, and should-cost methodologiesManage the full contract lifecycle (drafting, negotiation, renewal, compliance)Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business goalsIdentify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risksPerform global sourcing, market analysis, and benchmarkingDrive supplier development and performance improvement initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, Legal, and FinanceEnsure compliance with governance, ethics, and corporate policiesSupport cost optimization and operational excellence projectsMonitor and report strategic procurement KPIsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in procurement for direct materials (desirable knowledge in components for white goods industry)Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and category managementAdvanced contract management experienceProficiency in SAP MM, Ariba, or similar ERP systemsAdvanced Excel and strong analytical skillsDeep knowledge of cost breakdown and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)Solid understanding of industrial supply chains and technical specificationsAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsAdvanced English (will be tested)Availability for domestic and international travel
