What You Will Do Monitors queue and activates resources and corrective actions to address the following accordingly: Purchase Requisitions (PR), Change Orders (CO), catalog transactions, and vendor management queues against KPIs and SLAs. Leads process and strategy improvements related to strategic sourcing, purchase-to-pay (P2P) services, procurement, contracts, and category management. Serves as a resource and key team member on client projects and helps ensure timely delivery of results. Has exposure to most critical suppliers, problem resolution, identifying root causes, and supporting root cause analysis/corrective actions. Interacts with internal and external customers and ensures satisfactory deliverables. What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or other technical fields preferred. 3-6 years of experience within supply chain management, commodity management, procurement, or a senior logistics role. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP Systems (preferably SAP). Experience managing vendors, extreme customer-focus, both internal & external, and a collaborative team player. Pay Range $65,000 - $69,000 a year Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements This role is considered an on-site position located in Haltom City, TX. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Travel Requirements Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required. Citizenship Requirement Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
