In this role, you’ll help ensure our procurement processes run efficiently while supporting the teams that bring some of the world’s most engaging environments to life. The right person will enjoy tackling challenges, balancing multiple priorities, and working in a creative, collaborative setting. What You’ll DoPlan, prepare, and process timely requisitions and purchase orders for raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goodsTrack and monitor open orders through to deliveryCoordinate with vendors to ensure on-time shipmentsWork with Receiving to inspect incoming materials and verify they meet specificationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, evaluating performance based on cost, quality, delivery, and serviceCollaborate with internal teams including Production, Accounting, and Design to resolve procurement-related issuesInitiate and follow through on corrective actions related to non-conforming materials with suppliersResearch and identify prospective suppliers within assigned categoriesTrack the distribution and inventory of safety equipmentSupport production-related inventory processesProvide administrative support to Production personnel What We’re Looking ForExperience with procurement and inventory control processesProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Sage and Smartsheet is a plusStrong organizational, planning, and time-management skillsA proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationshipsClear and professional written and verbal communication skills Why Work at ThemeWorks?Because craft still matters.We build one-of-a-kind environments where quality, precision, and follow-through aren’t optional—they’re expected.
