Procurement Specialist

Sun State Power isseekinga detail-oriented and organizedProcurement Specialistto join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our field and project management teams by ensuring materials and supplies are ordered accurately and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

• Source andpurchaseelectrical materials, tools, and equipment

• Obtain pricing and negotiate with vendors and suppliers

• Create and manage purchase orders

• Track deliveries and ensure materials arrive on schedule

• Maintainaccurateinventory records

• Coordinate with project managers and field supervisors

• Resolve discrepancies with orders, invoices, or shipments

Qualifications:

• Previouspurchasing or procurement experience preferred

• Knowledge of electrical materials and supplies is a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
