As a Produce Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the produce department, ensuring that fruits and vegetables are fresh, beautifully displayed, and appealing to customers. Your role is essential in creating a vibrant shopping experience and promoting healthy choices for our customers. If you love working with fresh products and enjoy helping others, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect deliveries of produce to ensure quality and freshness.
  • Stock and rotate produce to maintain freshness, following proper inventory practices.
  • Assist customers with their selections, providing recommendations and nutritional information as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the produce department, including regular cleaning and sanitation practices.
  • Monitor product quality, removing any items that do not meet store standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to create an inviting and visually appealing produce display.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required; we offer on-the-job training!
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks, including lifting and stocking.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
