About the RoleWe are looking for a Product Analyst / Business Analyst to support the early-stage product definition and help turn vision into a structured, executable roadmap. This role will work closely with business, design, and technical teams to convert ideas into a clear, phased product roadmap and well-defined user experiences.The ideal candidate understands online trading platforms and can bridge business objectives with user experience and technical feasibility.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices.Analyze potential user personas, their motivations, and behavior patterns to define the product direction.Create detailed user flows, feature flows, and functional requirements.Build and maintain a product roadmap, breaking features into realistic milestones based on priority and team capacity.Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure clarity, usability, and consistency in flows.Work with technical teams to validate feasibility, dependencies, and API-driven data limitations.Review product requirements from both a user experience and technical perspective, ensuring clarity before design handoff.Support planning and alignment with PMO to ensure smooth execution.Skills & Experience3 - 4 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Associate Product Owner.Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, especially early-stage discovery and definition.Familiarity with SaaS products or technology-driven environments.Hands-on experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and structured product documentation.Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Trello, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace etc.Basic understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and system integrations.Good communication in English.Prior experience with trading platforms, fintech products is highly preferred.
