ResponsibilitiesThis role would be a contract position with possibility of conversion upon management discretion.Understand customer challenges and translate application and data‑driven requirements into clear inputs for R&DSupport products throughout the lifecycle by contributing to launches, application readiness, and ongoing visibilityEngage customers in pre‑sales activities to define product applications, configurations, and use casesPartner with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and customer successDevelop and deliver product, application, and technology content (training, documentation, multimedia)Train and consult field teams and customers on product features, applications, and best practicesEnsure customers achieve value from our solutions, driving satisfaction and repeat salesQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalentMinimum 3 years’ experience in In‑Circuit Test, application engineering, customer service, or test supportStrong electronics fundamentals, including schematic reading and troubleshooting using lab instrumentsProven ability to handle critical customer escalations with professionalism and composureExcellent English communication and presentation skills, with strong collaboration and leadership abilitySolution‑oriented, results‑driven, with strong time management and multitasking skillsExperience in test development, data analytics, or software sales is a plus
