THE ROLE We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support prototype sample operations within a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment. In this role, you will coordinate the planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery of early prototype samples for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining products.
You will partner closely with Product Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to ensure material readiness, resolve supply constraints, and support on-time execution of engineering builds. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives within a dynamic semiconductor environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support manufacturing specifications and Bill of Materials (BOM) management throughout the product lifecycle
Coordinate planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery of prototype samples for internal and external customers
Provide operational support for engineering development activities across NPI and sustaining products
Partner with Product Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to resolve material shortages, backlogs, and schedule risks
Develop sample schedules, labor loading plans, and capacity requirements based on engineering plans and production specifications
Monitor master schedules and ensure alignment with manufacturing material requirements
Drive small to medium-scale process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and operational partners across Asia
Support additional projects and operational assignments as needed
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Experience in material planning, logistics, scheduling, or operations coordination
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including collaboration with global teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience supporting electronic component prototyping is a plus
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and/or supply chain operations preferred
Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies is a plus
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or other related field.
