Understand pain points of B2B users. Develop user scenarios. Create functionality. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for software applications. Develop usable and consistent user interfaces. Design visually appealing interfaces aligning with brand guidelines. Create high fidelity mockups and visual assets. Define and document interactive behaviors, micro interactions and animations to enhance user engagement. Ensure seamless transitions and intuitive interactions within software applications. Work with cross-functional teams to define project goals and iterate on design solutions. Create and maintain design guidelines, pattern libraries, and documentation to ensure consistent implementation of design principles. Stay updated with technologies in product design, user experience, and user interface design. Contribute to improvement of design processes. Analyze and document legacy application requirements for new product migration. Employee may work remotely 2 days per week within commuting distance from the company's office. Degree should be in computer or electronics engineering, information technology, information systems, digital media, media design or closely related field. Qualifications Experience must include hands on experience with UX/UI design methodologies. Experience communicating decision ideas with teams and users. Proficiency in using Figma or similar design research software tools. Familiarity with prototyping. Knowledge of coding principles for graphical user interfaces.
