In this role, you will assess raw materials, apply your expertise in extrusion and carbon black properties and provide technical support during customer visits. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and international clients, requiring strong English skills and willingness to travel.Your Tasks:Drive innovation by developing and optimising black masterbatch formulations.Evaluate raw material quality and ensure top-notch performance standards.Apply your expertise in plastic extrusion and carbon black properties to create cutting-edge solutions.Support the sales team during customer visits and act as the technical go-to person.Collaborate with internal teams and international customers to make projects a success.What You Bring:Degree in Polymer Engineering or a related field (Engineer/Master).Hands-on experience in formulation development and raw material assessment.Strong understanding of extrusion processes and carbon black characteristics.Excellent German & English skills for global collaboration.Willingness to travel and passion for customer interaction.Proactive mindset, team spirit and attention to detail.
