As a Product Development Chemist, you will be part of the Research & Innovation Department supporting Hair Care, Scalp, & Manageability Development. Job Title: Product Development Chemist Location: Clark, NJ Pay Range: $22 per hour What's the Job? Independently complete product development projects from inception to officialization to meet launch deadlines, with support from supervisor as needed. Develop and refine formulas; perform product stability testing and resolve stability issues. Monitor the quality and conformity of formulas to ensure consistency and safety. Handle multiple basic projects simultaneously, managing priorities effectively. Identify raw materials and technologies suitable for innovative product development. What's Needed? A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in science or engineering. 1-5 years of technical experience, ideally in personal care or cosmetic fields. Familiarity with formulation processes is a plus. Knowledge of the US hair market and regulatory requirements is desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
