That's what sets our products apart: durable, helpful, and caring.Your MissionLead the development and industrialization of new products at the factory, from concept to mass production, ensuring technical feasibility, quality standards, and timely delivery.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport Product Engineer in the development/design of new products;Contribute to the product transfer process into production (study phase);Responsible to optimize existent products for European production, collaborating with Product engineer, production and quality teams;Create and review 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD);Conduct technical analysis of materials and manufacturing processes to ensure production feasibility;Support prototype development and product validation testing; Assist in product industrialization, including process definition, technical specifications and documentation;Ensure compliance with technical standards and applicable regulations;Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product development and launch processes.Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. Proven experience with CAD software. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material selection. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English (mandatory).Preferred SkillsDesigner experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within industrial environments. Familiarity with product development methodologies (e.g., APQP, FMEA).
