In this role you will be assisting one site and will need to be responsive with good project management skills. This role requires you to lead design, develop, test and execute products in growth programs; as well as design, control and analyze experiments to evaluate changes to current products caused by changes to materials, processes and procedures and ensure that the results are documented and published. You will lead/support product commercialization projects, project justification and launch process for assigned product lines. Projects may include support of completely new product opportunities or improvements on existing products. Along with providing guidance and assistance to the Quality Department staff as needed; amongst other duties.
