Product Development Engineer

We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to join a growing team focused on the design, development, and qualification of packaging systems for sterile and non-sterile medical devices.

🔹 What You'll Do:

• Support packaging development projects from concept through verification and transfer

• Assist with design control activities and packaging documentation

• Participate in packaging verification and validation activities

• Prepare test protocols, reports, specifications, and change documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated environment

🔹 What We're Looking For:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field

✔ 1–3 years of packaging engineering experience

✔ Exposure to medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries preferred

✔ Knowledge of sterile barrier systems, packaging validation, and relevant standards such as ISO 11607 and ISO 13485

✔ Familiarity with ASTM/ISTA testing standards and packaging design tools (SolidWorks, CAPE, TOPS, etc.) is a plus

✔ Strong technical documentation and communication skills
