THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Product Development Manager, the Product Development Technician will:
- Execute laboratory testing to evaluate product performance, stability, and quality.
- Support the synthesis and sample preparation of new or existing suite of products.
- Accurately record experimental data and maintain laboratory notebooks. Complete assigned projects on time with a high level of technical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support scale-up and manufacturing trials, provide field support, and participate in meetings which may necessitate some travel and overnight stays.
- Championing a safety-first culture by driving EHSS best practices throughout the organization and facility, and create initiatives that reinforce best safety practices, habits, and behaviors.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The right candidate will be an independent person who can learn from team of expert scientists. Your credentials ideally include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Science field required.
- Hands-on experience with wet chemistry, analytical testing, and laboratory safety procedures preferred.
