Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving products while ensuring they meet quality standards and client requirements. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to drive product innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new products using SolidWorks and other CAD software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications and requirements are met.
  • Conduct testing and analysis to evaluate product performance and reliability.
  • Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure product excellence.
  • Analyze data and provide solutions for product-related issues through root cause corrective action methodologies.
  • Support the manufacturing process by providing technical expertise and guidance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial (or a related field).
  • Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks preferred, or Inventor, Catia, ProE, NX).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data effectively.

It is a plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of CNC grinding and thermal spray processes.
  • Controls/PLC.
  • Aerospace manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with anti-corrosion slurry technologies.
  • Experience in robotics and quality systems (ISO, AS9100, NADCAP).
  • Training in root cause corrective action methodologies.
  • Gerneral manufacturing experience.
