Product Manager, ConsultantThe Member Experience Product Management team drives the strategy and delivery of digital solutions that empower members to make informed healthcare decisions. Your work will shape how millions of members access and understand their healthcare benefits. The Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Sr. Director, Product Management Member Experience.In this role, you will help advance Stellarus' mission by delivering solutions that meet the needs of our health plan customers. You will ensure digital experience components such as Benefit Coverage, Cost Transparency, Provider navigation and Claims are clear, transparent, and easy to use for members. This position focuses on building scalable, member-centric solutions that reinforce Stellarus' value to payer customers and drive innovation in healthcare. We are looking for leaders that are energized by creative and critical thinking, building and sustaining high-performing teams, getting results the right way, and fostering continuous learning.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Define and execute product strategy for assigned digital experience components.Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through delivery and optimization.Collaborate with UX, engineering, and data teams to deliver intuitive, member-centric solutions.Analyze customer feedback, member feedback and market trends to inform product decisions.Establish and monitor product outcomes to measure success and drive continuous improvement.Partner with internal stakeholders and product leadership to align initiatives with organizational goals, our product strategy and roadmap.Manage and collaborate with external stakeholders, vendors or customers to define, execute and launch.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Advocate for the member experience across all digital touchpoints.Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance usability and engagement.Leverage AI-driven tools and models to enhance member experience functionality.Develop new perspectives and innovative approaches on health plan customer or member problems.Guide, coach and train internal and external stakeholders about product features, product roadmap and related operational processes.Monitor competitive landscape; develop and execute strategic priorities to build and maintain a competitive product in the market.Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to craft compelling positioning and messaging, align go-to-market strategies with product capabilities, and ensure that customer insights inform both roadmap decisions and launch plans.QualificationsYour Knowledge and Experience:BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information TechnologyGraduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirableMinimum 6 +years in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship requiredRequired experience in healthcare, specifically health plan experienceDigital consumer platform experience preferredStrong strategic thinking and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSubject matter expert (SME) understanding of healthcare benefits, cost transparency tools, and/or claims processes and demonstrated ability to apply knowledge within health insurance or health systems requiredExperience working in agile development environments requiredData-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools requiredKnowledge of AI concepts and ability to apply them in product development requiredProven ability to ideate, design, develop and launch web and mobile digital products that enhance user experience and drive engagement requiredAbout UsAbout Stellarus and the Ascendiun Family of Companies:Stellarus, launched in January 2025, is designed to scale innovative healthcare solutions that support customers in creating a health care experience deserving of their family, friends, and neighbors.
