Job OverviewOn behalf of our client in the IT industry, we are looking for a Product Manager – ERP who will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing product development, and ensuring successful implementation of ERP and Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable systems that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.Key Responsibilities:Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ERP and SFA solutions aligned with business objectives.Gather and translate business requirements into clear product specifications and technical requirements.Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and sales teams to deliver product features and system improvements.Prioritize product backlog and manage trade-offs between feature requests, integrations, and timelines.Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process optimization.Monitor product performance through data analysis, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making and improve adoption.Ensure smooth integration between SFA and ERP systems through APIs or middleware solutions.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and oversee product releases across multiple platforms (web, mobile, backend).Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates, progress, and roadmap effectively.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.3–7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, or ERP/SFA implementation roles.Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar enterprise platforms).Knowledge of Sales Force Automation (SFA) workflows, such as lead management, route planning, and order management.Familiarity with API integrations, middleware, and system architecture concepts.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience delivering end-to-end system implementation or product rollouts is a plus.
