Product Manager - Marine Industry Apply
Job Description
Our Firm is currently seeking a Product Managers to lead the freshwater product portfolio! This role drives innovation and growth across marine fuel systems and industrial products, partnering with Product Development, Operations, and Sales to deliver best-in-class solutions for OEM and aftermarket customers. Success is measured by revenue growth, margin performance, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product portfolio strategy, growth, and profitability across marine and industrial product lines
- Lead development of new products for OEM and aftermarket customers
- Manage product lifecycle, SKU complexity, pricing strategy, and modularization
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning
- Build business cases and prioritize new product development initiatives
- Identify product gaps and drive innovation to grow market share
- Partner with sales and marketing on positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategy
- Define product requirements (mechanical/electrical)
- Establish pricing guardrails, monitor realization, and manage lifecycle pricing
- Conduct margin analysis and track in-market product performance
- Act as the voice of the customer and support continuous improvement efforts
- Lead product launches and support promotional strategies
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Degree or certification in Engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or marketing
- Marine or rotational molding experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
