Job Description

A leading entertainment company is hiring a Product Manager to support its digital innovation team. This Temp role is based primarily on-site in a hybrid office environment. The position involves overseeing product vision, strategy, and delivery for key digital initiatives within our client’s organization.

Product Manager Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term technology strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand member, sales, and operational needs across digital channels, leveraging data and insights to inform prioritization.
  • Manage the product backlog, including epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to develop secure, scalable, and technically sound solutions.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to ensure clarity and focus on priorities.

Product Manager Qualifications:

  • Over 7 years of Product Management experience delivering complex digital products, preferably in enterprise or consumer environments.
  • Proven ability to manage product roadmaps and backlogs within Agile / SAFe frameworks.
  • Skilled in translating ambiguous business problems into effective product strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working alongside engineering, UX, data, and business teams.
  • Experience collaborating with vendor-led or hybrid delivery teams, and at least 2 years of experience with Salesforce.
