You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market and competitive trends, and translate customer needs into clear product requirements. Your work will help ensure the company delivers innovative solutions that drive customer satisfaction and long-term growth.Responsibilities include:Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap using customer, market, and competitive insightsDevelop and maintain Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs) and Product/Service Requirements Documents (PRDs/SRDs)Gather, prioritize, and translate customer and business requirements into actionable product plansConduct ongoing market, pricing, and competitive research to guide product directionCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to successfully develop and launch new productsGenerate new product ideas and concepts that enhance customer experience and expand capabilitiesAdvocate for customers and their needs throughout the product development lifecycleManage vendor and partner relationships that support product development and deliveryMonitor and report on key product and business metrics, identifying opportunities for improvementBuild business cases for product investments based on market demand and strategic goalsDevelop dashboards and metrics to track product usage and successServe as the internal subject matter expert for assigned productsVisit customers and participate in industry events to stay aligned with market needsRequirements and Qualifications:3+ years of product management experienceRCM product experience + solving customer pain pointsExperience with product road mapping and balancing short term v. long term goalsBachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferredStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbout the Hiring Company:Our client develops technology solutions that help dental professionals run more efficient practices and deliver better patient experiences.
