About the role As a Product Manager , you will own program health—balancing execution, strategy, and relationship management to drive mission success. You will lead a fast‑moving software development team, ensuring contract deliverables are met while navigating evolving priorities and customer needs. The role demands adaptability, proactive ownership, and the ability to bridge technical teams and DoD stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead Agile software development cycles, managing product roadmaps and delivery execution. Engage directly with DoD stakeholders to grow customer intimacy and adapt to shifting requirements. Provide strategic leadership to ensure program success and program health. Collaborate on RFI/RFP responses, shaping long‑term strategic initiatives. Drive future opportunities and position the team for sustained success. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in program, project, or product management focused on Agile software development. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and provide clarity. Proven leadership of software development teams, ensuring execution and alignment with customer needs. Strong written and verbal communication, including experience engaging senior DoD stakeholders. Balance execution and strategy to deliver day‑to‑day success and long‑term growth. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product road‑mapping, and program execution. STEM degree or equivalent technical acumen to understand and communicate technical concepts. Highly Preferred Experience working with DoD customers. Track record of managing program financials, including P&L ownership. Agile certification(s). Experience in a software factory environment. Familiarity with ATO and RMF processes. Clearance Requirements Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance. Work Type Onsite at Hanscom AFB, MA. May require up to 25% travel. Salary Range $140,000.00 – $180,000.00 Benefits Highly competitive salary. Fully covered healthcare, dental, and vision. 401(k) with company match. As‑needed PTO + 11 paid holidays. Other benefits.
