Job Description

  • Understand and embrace culture to ensure that it influences your project/product management practices.
  • Work collaboratively in a Scaled Agile team to lead the delivery of product features iteratively using the Scrum methodology and provide the expected business outcomes.
  • Manage a portfolio of products made up of commercial off the shelf products and custom-built applications.
  • Rapidly develop a deep understanding of products you will manage, including the business domains and workflows that these products support.
  • Lead the documentation of new features and user stories, and actively contribute to the quarterly PI planning sessions.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other product managers on the team to ensure alignment across products and product lines.
  • Help orchestrate the work of our software and data engineers throughout the development cycle to deliver the highest quality products.
  • Work with our Foundation, Communications, and Creative Services teams to design simple and intuitive product experiences.
  • Work closely with our corporate stakeholders to ensure that their compliance, data privacy, financial, legal, and HR requirements are represented during product development.
  • Proactively engage with business stakeholders to educate them on events tooling, ensuing they are aware of existing resources and solutions.
  • Have deep understanding and empathy for customer needs, using user research and creative feedback mechanisms to validate product hypotheses and optimal product solutions.
  • Assist onsite at events, as needed, supporting the technology tools and ensuring a smooth execution of events.
  • You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project and product management
  • As a project and product manager, you should be accountable as the voice of the products and customers you support.
  • You are experienced in collaborating with stakeholders in business, IT and other corporate functions.
  • You are familiar with Scaled Agile and Lean Portfolio Management concepts and practices.
  • You have experience with Jira Software, and Confluence to document requirements, features, user stories, and bugs.
  • We expect proficiency with testing approaches and experience in testing product features and troubleshooting bugs.
  • You are curious and have a great ability to learn, especially about new business domains and workflows, and you are eager to expand your areas of expertise.
  • You are a self-starter and exhibit a "can-do" attitude to drive projects to completion.
  • As someone entrusted with sensitive company information, you consistently work to protect systems and data through your security awareness.
