Position Overview : The BA will assist technical teams in using our API, preform competitive analysis, document requirements for new APIs, complete capacity planning annually and other projects. Mapping system processes and documenting new system functions Identify and analyze business problems and define the scope of activities requires to address the issues, including requirement definition, process review, impact assessment and operational streamlining where appropriate Develop and maintain strong relationship with business partners and internal/external team members.
