Job Title: Product Analyst / Product Manager
Location: Hybrid in Orlando, FL
Duration: 12-month Contract

What you will do as a Product Analyst:

  • Manage and prioritize Jira product backlog
  • Coordinate with other cross-functional teams (production, design, copy, tech) to ensure all assets are provided to complete requests
  • Validate all work (content and dev tickets) in QA environment and then again in production environment to ensure it is complete
  • Work closely with marketing partners to understand the marketing roadmap and relay that information to Lead Product Manager and production
  • Support and manage Incident management processes
  • Work closely with analytics team to ensure that all analytics are tracking
  • The role will also assist in large scale content refreshes and maintenance for the client which will include ticket creation, validation and approvals
  • Create and maintain procedure documentation through the Wiki

Your typical day as a Product Analyst:

  • Day will start with reviewing Jira tickets submitted in the past 24 hours and working with Lead Producer, Product Manager and Lead Product Manager on prioritization and delegation of tickets
  • Attendance at daily dev scrums, 1pm EST
  • Meetings with marketing team weekly on Tuesday afternoons at 3:30pm EST
  • Coordination of work for tickets with internal team through Slack and Jira
  • Zoom meetings with internal team as needed on a daily basis
  • This is a fast-paced role, with the opportunity to maintain the brand experience for multiple high-profile sites
  • International sites maintenance opportunities
  • Opportunity to do small-medium size projects on short timelines with interesting content
  • Transparent communication with digital product team

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • 2-5 years' experience in a product analyst support ole
  • Some AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) production experience is helpful
  • Experience with how a request is made and executed on the site – SDLC
  • Experience with Jira is preferred
  • This is a fast-paced, high volume ticket role with at least 4-5 content refreshes a year
  • Ability to tailor communication to audience (marketing, internal, operations)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Love for travel to global destinations
