Job Description Vuori is looking for a Product Manager to lead our Enterprise Analytics pod. This is the team that builds the cross-functional analytics layer the rest of the business runs on – the semantic layer, executive analytics, certified metrics, and the data governance program. You will own the analytics surface area that cuts across pods: the semantic layer (across metric and attributes), the executive dashboard portfolio, the Vuori data dictionary, and the data governance program. You will sit between the business and the data platform, defining what gets built, how it gets defined, and how it gets adopted. This is a dual facing role. You will partner with VPs and the executive team to understand what they need to run the business, and you will run a scrum team to build and ship it. You will also lead the Associate Product Manager who owns day‑to‑day governance operations, and you will set the standards for how Vuori defines and stewards its data. We need someone who is part product manager, part metric architect, and part diplomat. You should be comfortable in a room of executives one hour and in a metric definition debate the next. You should know how a semantic layer works, why it matters, and what it takes to make one actually get adopted. You should be the kind of person who can take an open‑ended question and turn it into a sharply scoped data product. What you’ll get to do: Own the roadmap for Enterprise Analytics, including the semantic layer, executive analytics, certified metrics, and the data governance program Partner with the executive team and VPs across functions to define the metrics, dashboards, and analytics products they need to run the business Lead the buildout of the Vuori’s data semantic layer, including metric definitions, dimensions, and the certification process Manage the Associate Product Manager, Data Governance, and own the governance portal and steward network as a whole Run a scrum team (engineer and consultants), owning backlog prioritization, sprint planning, standups, and delivery Ship executive‑facing analytics products including WBR scorecards, C‑suite reporting, and cross‑functional KPI views Establish and run the Vuori metric certification process, including how metrics get proposed, reviewed, certified, and retired Partner with the Merch & Product, Omni, and Data Science pods to align on shared metric definitions and avoid duplication Identify opportunities to apply AI to enterprise analytics — natural language metric lookup, automated narrative generation, anomaly detection on executive metrics — and partner with the DS&AI team to deliver them Use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, and others) in your own workflow to write specs, define metrics, draft executive‑facing content, and prototype solutions Communicate proactively on tradeoffs, risks, and priorities through strong written and verbal communication Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, BI, or a senior analyst role, ideally with at least some of that time spent on cross‑functional or executive analytics Exceptional stakeholder management. You can hold a room of senior leaders and gather requirements and create tangible, aligned outcomes with east Very strong written and verbal communication Hands‑on experience with a data semantic layer or modern BI platform — MicroStrategy, Looker (LookML), Power BI semantic models, dbt Semantic Layer, Cube, or equivalent Strong understanding of metric design and definition: how to define a KPI well, how to handle edge cases, how to manage versioning, and how to drive adoption Experience building executive‑facing analytics products Familiarity with data governance concepts — business glossaries, metric certification, data lineage, ownership models — and ideally exposure to a governance tool such as Atlan, Collibra, or Alation DTC, apparel, or branded consumer goods domain experience is strongly preferred. You should understand cross‑functional metrics like sell‑through, weighted in‑stock, retention etc. Experience running agile or scrum delivery with an engineering team Awareness of AI applications in enterprise analytics — semantic search, natural language to SQL, automated insights — with a willingness to experiment Comfort with AI productivity tools in your own workflow Additional Information Our investment in you: Health Insurance Savings and Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program Generous Vuori Discount & Industry Perks Paid Time OffWellness & Fitness benefits The salary range for this role is $137,300 per year - $176,610 per year.
