Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager with extensive experience in product management and delivery to contribute to the co-creation of Product Vision and Strategy aligned with our portfolio goals. The ideal candidate will utilize technical knowledge and communication skills to drive product development and ensure successful product releases.

Requirements

  • Contribute to the development of Product Vision and Strategy that aligns with portfolio goals.
  • Utilize technical knowledge in A/B testing, product architecture, continuous deployment processes, DevOps practices, data models, analytics, querying languages, and automation tools to support product services.
  • Regularly communicate OKRs, product roadmap, planned development, upcoming releases, and areas requiring leadership’s attention.
  • Coordinate with other Product team members to manage product dependencies and deliver increments of value.
  • Perform continuous product discovery to offer solutions that align with Product OKRs.
  • Use data for defining baselines, measuring outcomes, sharing insights, and ordering backlog items.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, present new technologies/solutions, and identify unmet/underserved needs.
  • Define and maintain a healthy product backlog in adherence to organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with UX, Technology, Vendors, Risk, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure product success.
  • Influence leaders, squads, and peers on product strategy, roadmap items, OKRs, and upcoming releases.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years of experience in Product Management/Delivery or 5 years of relevant work experience without a degree.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in the product domain, including business models, constraints, regulations, and user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience determining Product Market Fit and defining a Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Agile Product Management tools.

Skills, Licenses & Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications in Product Management/Product Delivery.
  • Proven ability to practice agility in discovering and continuously delivering value.
