  • Define portfolio priorities and sequencing to ensure alignment with company strategy, customer needs, and financial objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend new product introductions, enhancements, lifecycle transitions, and end-of-life decisions.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive offerings, regulatory considerations, and emerging technologies to inform strategic direction.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Lead initiatives across the full product lifecycle, including discovery, validation, launch, optimization, and retirement.
  • Direct competitive market analysis, feature benchmarking, pricing strategy, and margin analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee changes across multiple product lines while managing dependencies and tradeoffs.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary product point of contact across Fulfillment, Marketing, Customer Care, IT, Finance, Legal, and external partners.
  • Partner with Fulfillment to translate product strategy into executable sourcing, inventory, and launch plans.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market strategy, promotions, bundling, and launch timing.
  • Present product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases to executive leadership.
  • Lead organizational readiness activities, including internal training, documentation, and enablement.

Program & Change Management

  • Program owner for complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones to ensure timely and compliant product launches.
  • Support the development and adoption of scalable product management processes, standards, and best practices as the organization grows.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience managing multiple product lines or a product portfolio.

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including pricing and margin analysis.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage competing initiatives, and operate effectively in a growth environment.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset with experience using experimentation and validation techniques
