Senior Product Manager Hybrid - 3-4 days Onsite - Juno Beach, FL 6-Month Contract to Hire $50-60/hr Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products within the commodities trading domain. Aligned with specific commodities (Power, Gas, Environmental Products) and/or business functions (front, middle, or back office), this individual will collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive high-impact digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in energy trading and a user-centric mindset to guide product development from ideation to implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to clients, translating strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps that deliver business value.Define and articulate product vision and strategy based on user needs, business objectives, and market insights.Lead ideation sessions and workshops to uncover pain points, co-create solutions, and drive innovation.Develop and iterate solution hypotheses using user research, data analysis, and industry trends.Create customer journey maps to inform product development; validate assumptions with user testing and feedback.Manage product backlogs and roadmaps, prioritizing features that align with overall strategy and value delivery.Required Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience with OpenLink Endur v16 or above, including key modules like deal modeling, reference data, C-motion, and risk valuation.Strong understanding of energy trading and risk management (ETRM) with a focus on oil trading, scheduling, and refined products.Expertise in derivative instruments (futures, swaps, options) in US and European markets.Experience in managing delivery and scope for product workstreams, including risk and feasibility assessments.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and act as a point of escalation for product issues.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.Skilled in coaching and mentoring business analysts or junior team members.Familiarity with financial and operational reporting including PnL, exposure reports, and simulations.Preferred QualificationsAbility to translate business needs into functional requirements and solution designs.Experience working closely with traders, operations, and risk teams to model new business and product setups.Proven track record of working with offshore technical teams and managing parallel deliverables.Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.Ability to develop training materials and process documentation for end-users.Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product ManagerCertified Agile Product Manager
