Under the direction of the Regional Director of Product Strategy & Market Development, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering world-class products to our customers. You will serve as the product champion, ensuring that the operational and sales efforts are aligned to the business strategy. As a part of our Product Management team, you will effectively communicate and collaborate closely with sales, engineering, marketing, and group Product Area Directors (PADs) to deliver on customers’ expectations according to our North American strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights.
  • Manage pricing strategies using market, cost, and sales data.
  • Build business cases for new products, redesigns, cost reductions, and obsolescence.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales for successful development and launches.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries and report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
  • Champion user-focused design through testing, feedback, and iteration.
  • Track KPIs to measure success and drive data-based decisions.
  • Lead product launches, including marketing and sales enablement.
  • Manage full product lifecycle to maintain competitiveness and relevance.

Product Manager Education & Experience:

  • Education in Engineering, Business, Project management, Marketing or Statistical Analysis, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a product management or similar role preferred.
  • Familiarity with product launches, promotions, and profit analysis, HVAC industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with product management tools, systems, and methodologies.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.
  • Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Organizational and time management skills required.
  • Previous experience with quality control and process improvement preferred.
  • Technical skills required for computers and tablets.
  • Able to work proficiently in a team-oriented setting, as well as independently.
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety guidelines.


Job Conditions:


Physical Demands:

  • Light physical effort – able to lift between 20lbs.
  • Sitting, lifting, squatting, pushing, pulling, or reaching for intermittent or extended periods.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting as a desk and looking at a computer.
  • Must be able to travel a minimum of 25% to meet to meet regional needs.


Work Environment:

  • Factory, Warehouse, Distribution Center, Office
  • May be exposed to loud, repetitive sounds from machinery or equipment
  • May use chemicals or other in accordance with MSDS
  • May operate machinery in close proximity or with objects exposed to eyes or face
