Global Company is looking for a Product Manager who will support the commercial growth in the U.S. market by leading the technical-commercial management of a portfolio of products across document solutions, corporate printing, Managed Print Services (MPS), and related services.
This role acts as a key link between Marketing, Sales, Channel Partners, Distributors, Pre-Sales, and strategic clients, ensuring strong product positioning, competitive intelligence, and effective commercial execution across the U.S. market.
Responsibilities
Support Sales and Channel teams in strategic commercial opportunities by providing technical-commercial product information, competitive analysis, and solution recommendations.
Act as pre-sales support in complex opportunities, defining tailored solutions based on client needs, technical specifications, pricing, consumables, services, and cost-per-page models.
Conduct detailed competitive analysis, including pricing, product specifications, service models, commercial conditions, and value propositions.
Work closely with dealers, distributors, resellers, and channel partners to identify business opportunities and expand market coverage in the U.S.
Recommend product configurations and commercial strategies to strengthen competitiveness in key accounts, bids, and consultative sales processes.
Participate in product launches with Marketing and Sales, ensuring proper market introduction and positioning.
Monitor portfolio performance, including revenue, margins, pipeline, channel behavior, and product-level results.
Report commercial insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Specialist, Pre-Sales, Category Management, Business Development, Channel Management, or similar B2B roles
Experience working with indirect sales models such as dealers, distributors, resellers, or channel partners, ideally in the U.S. market
Strong background in corporate printing, multifunction printers, document solutions, Managed Print Services (MPS), office equipment, or B2B technology industries
Advanced or native English level (mandatory)
Availability to work on-site in Miami, Florida, and interact with clients, partners, and internal teams
Experience in global printing, document solutions, or office technology environments
Experience in highly competitive or challenger brand environments
Intermediate or advanced Spanish is a plus
Potential to grow into leadership or supervisory responsibilities over time
