Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will drive the development and enhancement of innovative products and solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders to define product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Product Development:
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact and customer feedback.
• Performance & Reporting:
  • Define KPIs and measure product success.
  • Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or related industries.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to gather and translate customer needs into actionable features.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
