Train Regional Sales Managers on market segments and customer data collection. Represent HUP at trade shows to stay informed on market trends. Develop and execute product strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Lead innovation efforts, staying ahead of market trends and customer needs. Conduct competitive analysis and refine product strategies. Advocate for customers by identifying pain points and driving product innovations. Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and campaigns. Provide input throughout the New Product Introduction process. Qualifications: Experience: 6-10 years in product management with multi-head weighers. Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, or equivalent experience. Skills: Strategic vision, data analysis, strong communication, and collaboration. Travel: 25-35% annually.
