  • Provide solutions and expertise as the primary resource for customers in product development and web publishing.
  • Assist in the production and tracking of resource plans, project budgets, and statements of work.
  • Diagnose problems, make recommendations, and organize solutions to implement.
  • Lead hand-off and training sessions with customers, developing training materials as needed.
  • Prioritize the roadmap based on data, customer impact, and technical effort.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of proposals and pitches for new work.
  • Document baselines and monitor KPIs to determine the success of customers’ end products against stated goals.
  • May be required to travel depending on project assignments and/or conference attendance (no more than 20%).
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer-facing product management and professional services experience with demonstrated successful delivery of SaaS products. CMS experience is a plus.
  • A strong sense of ownership in your work and unwaveringly positive attitude.
  • Articulate communicator both verbally and in writing.
  • Outstanding organizational and analytical skills, deftly context shift between assignments and a disciplined approach to prioritization.
  • High-quality standards and attention to detail.
  • In-depth understanding of technical and user experience issues typically encountered in web-based product development.
