Product Manager (Igaming): Shaping and adapting sportsbook products for African markets with an accent on third-party integrations, retail sportsbook optimization, and alignment with central product strategies. Focus on translating complex commercial requirements into technical requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple markets. Location: Stockholm (Onsite) Company A dynamic, large-scale international group operating in the igaming industry with a strong focus on sports betting and diverse brand portfolios. What you will do Act as the primary product link between Africa commercial leads and central sportsbook teams to align roadmaps and identify synergies. Manage third-party capabilities and integrations, ensuring end-to-end delivery from requirements to rollout. Partner with retail channels to optimize existing sportsbook setups and shop-based rollouts. Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all product features meet regulatory standards and audit readiness. Maintain transparent backlogs and provide structured product input for procurement and vendor assessment. Benchmark product performance against competitors and market trends to drive long-term strategic improvements. Requirements Proven experience as a Product Manager in the sportsbook or igaming industry. Deep understanding of African or emerging market betting behavior and sports culture. Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including Tech, Trading, Commercial, and Compliance. Experience with third-party integrations and retail sportsbook environments. Fluency in English is required; French language skills are a strong advantage. Structured communication skills and experience managing complex stakeholder relationships. Nice to have Experience with F2P (Free-to-Play), pool betting, or multi-brand sportsbook setups. In-depth knowledge of regulatory processes for sports betting.
