This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Tracy, CA. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete product lifecycle, identifying market needs, and defining product requirements. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing product roadmaps, conducting market research, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role also involves monitoring product performance and implementing improvement strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.

• Product Management, Product Development, and Roadmap Planning experience
• Strong skills in Market Research, Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Cross-functional Collaboration, Stakeholder Communication, and Team Management
• Technical understanding and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or relevant certification is a plus
