Department: Marketing Location: Plano, TX; New Orleans, LA; Columbia, SC; Indianapolis, IN; Remote Reports To: Director, Integrated & Growth Marketing Job Summary We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help translate our product capabilities into clear, compelling market narratives that drive engagement and consideration. This newly created role will bridge Product, Sales, and Marketing, owning how our solutions are brought to market through campaigns, launches, and ongoing storytelling. The Product Marketing Manager will focus on turning product features into meaningful client value, supporting go‑to‑market execution, and strengthening how we communicate across the buyer journey. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, someone equally comfortable developing competitive intelligence frameworks, managing launch deliverables, and crafting compelling product narratives. This role offers the opportunity to influence how new features and products are introduced to the market and ensure every launch drives measurable impact across adoption, sales enablement, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Product Narrative and Positioning: Translate product features and functionality into clear, benefit‑driven messaging that resonates with target audiences. Develop and refine solution‑level narratives that move beyond feature descriptions to articulate real‑world value. Partner with Product and Sales to ensure consistent messaging across all customer‑facing materials. Go-to-Market & Launch Execution: Support the planning and execution of product and feature launches, including timelines, messaging, and campaign inputs. Translate competitive insights into positioning updates and actionable sales guidance. Synthesize research into digestible reports for broader product and leadership teams. Develop launch narratives and ensure alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. Campaign Alignment & Support: Build and support mid‑funnel marketing programs that help prospects understand Selerix's solutions and value. Partner with campaign and growth marketing to develop nurture flows and solution‑focused content, and post‑event follow‑up journeys. Ensure product messaging is effectively integrated into campaigns across channels (events, digital, partner, etc.). Work closely with Product, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, and go‑to‑market execution. Participate in regular product and marketing syncs to stay informed on roadmap updates and business priorities. Help bridge communication between teams to ensure product updates are effectively translated into market‑facing initiatives. Sales & Internal Enablement: Support the development of core enablement materials, including feature summaries, messaging frameworks, and sales support content. Ensure internal teams understand how to position new features and solutions effectively. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, management or other related field of equivalent experience. 3–6 years of product marketing experience in the technology/SaaS space, benefits administration, HRIS, and compliance tech are a plus. Experience supporting product launches and translating technical features into customer‑facing messaging. Experience leveraging HubSpot, or similar CRM solution. Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Self‑starter with a results‑driving mindset. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform messaging and campaign improvements. Inquisitive, seeks to understand. Highly collaborative; works cross‑functionally, brings initiatives together, and actively removes silos.
