Act as the Product Owner for the ACV8 team: write user stories, manage the backlog, and ensure delivery of high-quality work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data analysts, and Adobe support. Take ownership of support tickets , including tracking, and coordinating with Adobe and internal teams. Participate in and contribute to technical discussions related to workflows, campaigns, and data integrations. Create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation . Support the transition from a consulting team to an internal team by becoming deeply embedded in the ACV8 environment. Required Skills & Experience MUST HAVE Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign V8 . Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role with technical responsibilities. Ability to write and execute user stories and contribute directly to development work when needed. Experience managing support workflows and working with external vendors (e.g., Adobe). Excellent organizational and communication skills . Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment . Preferred Qualifications Background in development or technical implementation of marketing automation tools. Experience with data workflows and campaign management.
