Job Description:-

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to drive data-informed insights that enhance community engagement and event performance. This role focuses on delivering actionable dashboards, reports, and strategies that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create detailed, interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Interpret data to improve member engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Develop wireframes and define business, dataset, and data quality requirements.
• Leverage historical data and predictive analytics for strategic event planning.
• Present insights to stakeholders to guide decision-making.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Tableau (required) and ThoughtSpot.
• Strong SQL expertise for querying and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Additional Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Expertise in data visualization and developing actionable analytics.
