The ideal candidate combines deep product management expertise with technical acumen, agile leadership skills, and a strong customer-centric mindset. Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms or related digital experience ecosystems is a plus.

  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs aligned with business value, customer needs, and technical dependencies

  • Drive feature delivery while balancing short-term priorities and long-term product vision

User Story & Requirements Development

  • Write clear, technically detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for complex features, integrations, and platform enhancements

  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation

Stakeholder Communication & Alignment

  • Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, UX, business stakeholders, and leadership

  • Facilitate decision-making and ensure clarity and alignment across teams

Agile Delivery Leadership

  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

  • Monitor delivery velocity, quality, and continuous improvement

  • Drive effective Agile practices across teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, QA, DevOps, marketing, analytics, and support teams to enhance product development synergy

  • Support release planning and multi-team feature rollouts

Quality Assurance & Acceptance

  • Define acceptance criteria and oversee quality standards for delivered features

  • Ensure solutions meet functional, technical, and user experience expectations

Product Reporting & Metrics

  • Maintain product delivery reports including backlog health, feature progress, velocity, and release readiness

  • Communicate roadmap updates and program status to stakeholders

Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing

  • Coach and mentor junior Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Scrum team members

  • Promote best practices in product management and Agile delivery

Required Skills & Experience
  • 12+ years in Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, or Software Delivery

  • 5+ years in Product Owner / Product Manager roles delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms

  • 8+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Strong backlog management, prioritization, and feature planning experience

  • Expertise in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and align across technical and business stakeholders

  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Rally, or similar

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and executive communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Commerce / Magento, CJA)

  • Understanding of CMS-driven architectures, digital asset management (DAM), personalization engines, and customer data platforms (CDP)

  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and platform architectures

  • Strong focus on customer experience, usability, and accessibility

  • Experience coordinating multi-team releases, dependencies, and feature rollouts

  • Familiarity with SAFe, Kanban, or scaled Agile delivery models

What Success Looks Like
