Job Title: Senior Principal Consultant; Product Owner/Business Analyst

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development and release schedule for data products.
• Manage product backlog and assist with planning the upcoming pipeline.
• Translate business requirements into detailed data, product specifications, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to bring products to life, ensuring technical and business alignment.
• Work closely with data engineering, platform teams, and stakeholders to develop and launch data products.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
• Collaborate with teams to create comprehensive documentation for data products, including user guides, technical specs, and FAQs.
• Ensure data mapping, lineage, definitions, and controls are well documented within data management tools.
• Co-develop the data product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to testing, deployment, and support.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, security, and regulatory compliance of data products.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure product success, analyze product performance data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Regularly communicate product updates and strategic vision to stakeholders, conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and commitment to excellence.
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineering managers, and business analysts to design high-impact data solutions.
• Work closely with business line SMEs, product owners, and analysts to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Participate in the full product development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Align technical development with business objectives and effectively communicate progress with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience: 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Technical Skills: Minimum of 5+ years of experience with SQL programming or any other programming language.
• Proven success in developing and bringing new products to market.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence, data warehousing, dimensional data modeling, and data visualization technologies.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct supervision.
• Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities and drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Experience designing frameworks, processes, and metrics for data functions within the banking services domain.

• Experience in the Banking and Finance domain, including knowledge of data management, core banking processes, card transactions, payments, loan processing, and fraud management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks, and data processing frameworks like Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience with business intelligence or corporate performance management applications supporting business customers.
• Proven ability to execute high-impact initiatives and manage simultaneous responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
