We are looking for a highly driven Product Owner – FinTech who can take complete ownership of a product. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products, digital payments, lending systems, banking workflows, and transaction lifecycle . This role requires someone who can operate at the intersection of Business, Technology, and Compliance , acting as a single point of ownership for product execution. Candidates from the FinTech or Web3/Blockchain domains are both welcome. However, strong financial domain understanding is mandatory. Location: Onsite Industry: FinTech / Web3 Key Responsibilities Product Ownership Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap Translate business goals into product features and technical requirements Manage and prioritize the product backlog Write clear, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria Conduct backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews Work closely with engineering teams during development and release cycles Ensure timely and high-quality product releases aligned with business goals Track KPIs, product performance metrics, and user adoption Business Analysis (BA) Perform requirement discovery, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping Prepare BRD, FRD, user flows, and functional specifications Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements Define workflows for payments, settlements, lending, onboarding, and reconciliation Translate regulatory and operational requirements into implementable features Work with compliance teams on KYC, AML, and regulatory frameworks Project / Delivery Management (PM) Own delivery timelines from the requirement phase to production deployment Coordinate across business, development, QA, DevOps, and compliance teams Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive resolution Ensure sprint commitments and release schedules are met Manage UAT cycles and stakeholder sign-offs Maintain project documentation and release communication Drive continuous product and process improvement Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience as Product Owner / Product Manager / Business Analyst in FinTech or Web3 Strong financial domain knowledge (payments, lending, banking systems, wallets, settlements) Experience in Agile / Scrum environment Hands-on experience with: Confluence Product roadmapping tools Strong stakeholder and communication skills Ability to convert business requirements into technical deliverables Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivery cycles Preferred Experience working with payment gateways, UPI, cards, or lending systems Experience with blockchain/Web3 financial applications Understanding of APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture Exposure to compliance and regulatory reporting systems What We’re Looking For We need someone who can own the product end-to-end — from understanding business needs and defining requirements to managing development, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery in production.
