Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach.
- You will shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the client's needs and wants.
- You will validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
- You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Expert proficiency in Product Innovation Strategy is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management is recommended.
- Expert proficiency in Software Product Management and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development) is suggested.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders on product vision.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform product strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of product initiatives and enhancements.
- Continuously seek feedback from users to improve product features and functionality.
