Product Owner - Healthcare Domain Location: Onsite Experience: Minimum 9 years (including 4 years in Healthcare domain and 5 years onsite experience) Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between the client and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals. Direct interaction with clients at onsite to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and provide updates. Collaborate actively with Product Managers and Business Stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team. Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining high quality standards. Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions. Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on client feedback and market trends. Required Skills & Experience Healthcare Domain Expertise: Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare-related projects (e.g., payer, provider, EHR systems, claims processing). Onsite Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct client-facing experience at onsite. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions that align with business objectives workflow automation, such as Power Automate, N8N, and similar platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR). Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management platforms. Certification in Product Ownership or Agile (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus. workflow automation, such as Power Automate, N8N, and similar platforms
