Job Description
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities to stakeholders in collaboration with product manager.
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Work closely with product manager, director, and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value.
- Remain up to date on trends and best practices to deliver quality product.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, storytelling and pitch deck creation skills are must of this role.
- Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog.
- Develop detailed feature specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by relevant teams.
- Adopt data driven business decisions ie understand KPIs, assess value, quick wins to develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics to ensure business value goals and product strategy are aligned.
- Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals.
- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.
- Required Skills 9+ years of experience in IT and at least 6+ years in product owner role.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management Understanding of business value related to features and functions.
- Serve as product ambassador to communicate release success stories, propose new features and strategies.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business / healthcare / management related discipline Proficiency with Jira, business intelligence, Confluence, omnichannel engagement digital systems, product and project management tools
