Job Title: Product Owner

Location: New Jersey Hybrid

Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Job Summary:

• These candidates must have a working knowledge of Pharmaceutical Research/Development systems and a documented background in LIMS, ELN, High Throughput (assays), experience "on the bench," or similar.
• Location is important as well, the candidate should be based in PA or in NJ close to PA, as this is a hybrid position requiring attendance at the office three times a week.
• Experience with J&J SDLC and J&J Standards are required.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner who will take ownership of our product portfolio, ensuring its successful management and development from inception to deployment. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities to engage stakeholders and technical teams effectively, and a strategic mindset to prioritize and deliver solutions aligned with our architectural goals.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with architectural solutions and business objectives.
• Lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize backlog, and balance the value of the product with technical feasibility.
• Establish and maintain a clear communication channel between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Advocate for the product vision and strategy, championing innovative solutions and pushing back on technical constraints when necessary.
• Develop and implement frameworks and processes for efficient product deployment and lifecycle management.
• Take proactive measures to manage risks, issues, and changes effectively, ensuring project delivery remains on track.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
