You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to ensure that our products meet user and business needs, evolve continuously, and maximize value.What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):Own and prioritize the product backlog aligned to business goals with full honesty and transparency in decision-making.Lead cross-functional teams with empathy, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment across functions.Define product strategy and translate requirements into actionable tasks while maintaining honest communication with all stakeholders.Drive the product development lifecycle—from discovery to delivery—with agility, adapting quickly to change.Conduct UAT, gather user feedback empathetically, and iterate improvements based on genuine user needs.Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and clients, practicing empathetic listening to uncover insights and align priorities.Continuously evaluate product performance and proactively suggest improvements with an agile mindset.What Capabilities You Need (Requirements):Min. 2 years of experience in product development with a deep understanding of F&B markets and order management.Strong experience in launching and managing products from idea to market with integrity in execution.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to commercialization.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions honestly and objectively.Comfortable working in an agile, dynamic, and high-demand environment.Familiar with product development tools such as Trello and Jira.Self-driven, proactive in sourcing opportunities, and empathetic toward customer needs.Strong written and verbal communication skills grounded in clarity and sincerity.Bonus Points if You Have:A successful track record of developing integrated applications, such as ERP or similar systems.Understanding of API integrations.Experience working with ERP systems or e-commerce platforms.
