Job Description:
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog for SWIFT payments and ISO20022 initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and data requirements related to SWIFT payments and ISO20022.
- Gather requirements from business units and translate those to developers and architects and testers
- Documents functional requirements (in the form of user stories), analyzes requirements in the context of software and processes
- Possess a deep understanding of SWIFT payments, ISO20022 standards, and related financial messaging protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
- Data analysis and coordinate with QA and UAT teams
- Work with development and support teams on production issues as needed
- Working with the product/business team and end-users to deliver functionalities while maintaining quality.
- Refining business requirements, prioritizing the product and sprint backlogs into actionable stories.
- Act as a liaison between product teams, business users and technical teams to deliver tangible outcomes
Top Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of SWIFT payments and ISO20022 standards.
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
