Role Summary

As a Product Owner, you will act as the key liaison between stakeholders, customers, and the development team to define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring that the final product meets the needs of the users and aligns with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing the product backlog, creating user stories, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products within the agile framework

. Key Responsibilities
Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to reflect the product roadmap and business goals.
Clearly define user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize features based on value, risk, and dependencies.
Continuously refine and adjust the backlog based on stakeholder feedback and market conditions.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and align them with product strategy
.Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that user needs are clearly communicated to the development team.
Facilitate regular communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Lead sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming, and reviews.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, developers, and designers to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
Participate in daily stand-ups to remove blockers and provide clarification
.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Provide input on product roadmap, feature prioritization, and release planning.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that deliverables meet defined criteria.
Research market trends, competitor products, and user feedback to refine product direction.
Gather insights through customer interviews, surveys, and data analytics to improve user experience.
